Each year the CGYPP chooses twelve future leaders from Germany and the Czech Republic and invites them to become part of a growing network of talented people with different professional backgrounds but common interests. Group interaction between new and previous participants and a high level of commitment create an exceptional platform for a Czech-German exchange of ideas and experiences. Making contact with various outstanding personalities and high-ranking experts during the program workshops is also an integral part of the network. The CGYPP creates a unique community which is open to all young people with professional experience.
